Rules for registration and accommodation at the FRANKFORT HOTEL & SPA
Upon check-in, you must present a valid photo ID (for residents of the country - a citizen's passport, ID card, driver's license, or military ID card), and for non-residents of the country - a passport with a checkpoint stamp and a bank card. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur an additional fee. FRANKFORT HOTEL & SPA reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests of different genders in the same room (with the exception of relatives and married couples). Guests are also prohibited from staying in the rooms of their friends and colleagues. Please note that cash payments are accepted only in local currency, and for non-residents, credit card payments are accepted only in US dollars. Residents can also pay with UzCard and HUMO cards. Photo sessions, bachelorette parties, stag parties, and similar parties are strictly prohibited in the rooms of the FRANKFORT HOTEL & SPA.
